Chile requiere una “revolución microeconómica” que genera un cambio estructural en nuestra economía, de manera de incentivar la iniciativa privada, dando confianza y asegurando el derecho de propiedad. Para alcanzar este objetivo, que claramente debe estar inserto en una agenda procrecimiento, es preciso revisar cómo están funcionando los mercados en nuestro país y analizar si la regulaciones microeconómicas hoy existentes están cumpliendo el rol que les corresponde en este sentido. To reach this objective, which must be clearly inserted in the growth promotion agenda, it is necessary to review how the markets are operating in Chile and analyzing whether microeconomic regulations that currently exist in our country are fulfilling their roles. This analysis permits appreciating the largest obstacles to growth, productivity increases and competitiveness, which derive from the lack of adequate microeconomic reforms.
